• Most Canadian orders arrive within 4-7 business days of being placed.
• Free shipping on orders of $60 CAD or more. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $9.99 CAD.

United States

• Most US orders arrive within 6-12 business days of being placed.
• Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more. Orders under $100 USD ship for a flat $19.99 USD.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We ship to select other countries. Customs fees, duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Email ursasupplementsinc@gmail.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send you a free prepaid return label.
