Haven't tried the pre-workout / energy gummies yet ! Gummies got me through a solid, heavy, leg day🔥👌 ie they were great for it/ made me feel good!! I have a really high caffeine tolerance. Honestly, was surprised one pouch gave me a good consistent energetic flow through the heaviest part of my leg day (first hour always heaviest)🔥🔥 The pre I take is 370mg caff per scoop and I take a whole scoop. But was super impressed one pouch got me through the heavy load. Towards end of legs was starting to feel like I was draining out (as expected, went heavy today🙏🙌) so opened up a second pouch while wrapping up and felt so much better again. Energy flow was great!
